Mr. Evan Cutler, Director of Quality Operations
(8 years of Industry Experience prior to joining VTS in 1998)

Mr. Cutler joined VTS Consultants in 1998 with a solid background in the Pharmaceutical Industry having spent six years as an Investigator for the US Food & Drug Administration in New Jersey and several years as a computer and validation consultant.  As Director of Quality Operations, Mr. Cutler has successfully managed both large and small validation projects at major Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech facilities in the US and Puerto Rico.  He provides document and quality systems reviews, helps clients formulate regulatory responses to inspection findings, along with vendor audits. Mr. Cutler’s experience includes:

• Facility audits, gap analyses and GMP and Validation training. Former FDA inspector of Voorhees Resident Post in the New Jersey District.
• Qualification of PLC- and DCS- based systems.
• Facility/Utility/Equipment Process Validation and Qualification associated with both sterile and non-sterile products.
• Qualification of laboratory systems
• Validation project and Department Management

Mr. Cutler has a Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
